The hotel was fairly clean with good services. The room we had included a couch, climate control, and a couch bed. All of the staff members were excellent and decent. The venue was in an amazing location, to Kissimmee attractions.

We really enjoyed particularly good and stunning location of this place.
Location: the hotel was near to park and playground and everything, great restaurants family entertainment spots and grocery stores. Café Starbucks located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The unit we got was pet-friendly with hot tub, a queen bed plus sheets for the pull out bed.

Everything about this deluxe hotel was great. The staff was pleasant, amazingly nice. The location was great and beautiful - very close to the Disney parks, center of property and all major attractions and eateries. We loved the local cuisine in the restaurant.

It was a newly decorated and perfect hotel in a gorgeous area, near Disney restaurants, supermarkets, restaurants & outletshops, and many tourist spots. Extremely friendly staff in customer service front desk manager, rooms were nicely furnished. The location of the venue was particularly good and perfect - within easy walking distance of Capone's Dinner and Show. Had hot drinks in the poolside bar.
